What is an IPS?
An Internet Service Provider (ISP) is a company that provides you with access to the Internet, usually for a fee. The most common ways to connect to an ISP are by using a phone line or broadband connection 
Examples of an ISP are:
Comcast
Time Warner
Verizon
Charter

Cox.

What services do IPS offer
Most ISPs also offer web hosting capabilities, allowing users to create and maintain personal web pages; and some may even offer the service of developing the pages for you. Many ISPs offer the option of high-speed access through DSL or cable modems, and some still offer dial-up connections.

What is an IP address
a unique string of numbers separated by periods that identifies each computer using the Internet Protocol to communicate over a network.

What is a URL
URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator, and is used to specify addresses on the World Wide Web. A URL is the fundamental network identification for any resource connected to the web (e.g., hypertext pages, images, and sound files)

What is a website
a location connected to the Internet that maintains one or more pages on the World Wide Web.

What is a web browser?
A web browser is a software application for retrieving, presenting, and traversing information resources on the WorldWideWeb. E.g:

Internet Explorer
